We care for children aged 30 months to 5 years at our full day preschool Oceanside location at #300-758 Harbourside Drive, North Vancouver. Our Reggio Emilia inspired program encourages growth & learning through exploration, community, and nature.

We believe every child is wholly competent and has an inherent ability to learn about the world in their own unique way. As caregivers at Olive Grove Childcare, it is our role to listen and follow in the child’s pathways of discovery.

Our licensed preschool program offers group size varies per location. Preschool children follow a flexible schedule which is catered to the child’s interests and is documented through Lillio.

Manager
Arbe believes that children should be nurtured with care, kindness, sensitivity, and empathy. She also believes that what children are being taught in childhood is what they will implement in the future. Arbe wants to create a space where every child feels that they belong, is valued in their surroundings, and deserves the opportunity to succeed in the classroom.

Aline Lopes Da Silva

Floor Supervisor
Aline is a dedicated preschool teacher with 5 years of experience, ignited by a lifelong passion for education and nurturing young minds. Her journey began as a young volunteer, engaging with children from diverse backgrounds in countries such as Brazil, South Africa, Mozambique, Greece, and Turkey. Aline firmly believes that education has the power to shape a brighter future for the next generation.

Manager - Maternity Leave
Kelsey is very creative & patient and has a passion for outdoor education. She finds working with children rewarding, as we teach them they have a tendency to teach us to slow down and enjoy the simple things in life. She enjoys emergent curriculum alongside a warm and positive environment to help create independence, self confidence and empathy.
